About Us

What We Do

Real Estate Associate Learning Systems (REAL Systems/Realsystems.org) was formed in the fall of 1990 in response to regulations passed by the Alaska Real Estate Commission which require initial and continuing education courses for new licensees, license renewals and licensing upgrades.

Real Systems offered its first class in December 1990 and has continued to offer classes on a consistent basis to assist licensees with their educational needs.

Courses are developed for their timely subject matter and pertinence to the real estate industry.

Whenever possible, Real Systems employs guest speakers to add depth and variety to the course material.
